Met Police appeals to sex attacker migrant after he was freed in error

Metropolitan Police appealed directly to Hadush Kebatu after he was freed in error from HMP Chelmsford. Police asked the sex offender to call 999 or report himself to a police station to 'locate him in a controlled and safe way.'
