Savannah Baker, 27, from Aylesbury in Buckinghamshire reached for her trusty hot water bottle on October 8 when her painkillers provided no relief for her period pain. She was left with deep burns on her legs after the corner of the bottle exploded on her, and will now likely have scarring on her legs, stomach, and vagina.
