British tourist sends a message from Jamaica: 'It's pretty mad here'

A British tourist sent a message from Jamaica, saying that her family is safe and still has Wi-Fi to contact their loved ones, adding, 'We're in a better position than a lot of people.' Storm Melissa struck the island's west coast at around 1 p.m. ET and is now moving in a north-easterly direction across the country at a speed of about 9 mph.
