Jasmine Mitchell was crowned the winner of The Great British Bake Off 2025.The 23-year-old amateur baker impressed the judges throughout the series and earned the title of Star Baker five times.On Tuesday night's final, she triumphed over fellow finalists Aaron Mountford-Myles, 38, and Tom Arden, 31.Speaking after her win, she said: 'Oh my goodness I am just so overjoyed!'When I was in the middle of exams and trying to bake while I was trying to learn, it's been so much.'But I have done it and I am just so unbelievably happy and to have done it with such an awesome group of people.'
