Mobility scooter rider stuns drivers by cruising down dual carriageway

Drivers were left stunned after they spotted an elderly man cruising down a busy dual carriageway on a mobility scooter. Dashcam footage shows the pensioner calmly trundling along the inside lane on the A21 in Tunbridge Wells. The man, wearing a flat cap and jacket, appeared to be completely unfazed as cars roared past him at full speed. The bizarre scene caused minor delays as concerned drivers slowed down to make sure the man was safe.
