Former NBA player, Tony Allen, is arrested for possession of cocaine and marijuana. Allen was the passenger in a car pulled over on a highway in Poinsett County, Arkansas. Cocaine and marijuana were discovered in the vehicle during the traffic stop. Allen and the driver were both placed into handcuffs.
