Moment e-bike thief swoops in to steal a woman's phone outside Waterloo station

This is the moment a brazen e-bike bandit tries to grab a woman's phone outside London's Waterloo station. The footage filmed through a parked car windscreen showed the black clad, masked rider sneak up from behind the busily scrolling woman and try to grab the phone, but luckily missed.
