Holiday hotspot Sicily becomes submerged in water after flash floods hit

Dramatic footage posted on social media shows cars and motorbikes almost fully submerged under flood water after the flash floods hit. The videos were taken in the vicinity of Piazza Euripide, in Syracuse, on the island of Sicily.
