D-Day veteran Alec Penstone attends 2024 Normandy commemorations in France

Royal Navy veteran Alec Penstone, who served on HMS Campania and is a member of the Spirit of Normandy Trust, joined commemorations in Colleville-Montgomery, France, last year in 2024. He said, 'I'm surprised I'm still here, I didn't expect to be. I'm very lucky.'
