'This is not an exception, this is the rule': Police chief slams local judges

Jeremy Story, the Chief of Police at Las Cruces Police Department in New Mexico, took to Facebook to speak out about an ongoing issue withe judges in the area. As an example, he spoke about Neil Garcia, a man with multiple felony convictions, and how Garcia continuously ends up out of custody. Chief Story closed by saying what's going in Las Cruces isn't the 'exception' but 'the rule.'
