Green Party leader 'would ask Putin to give up nuclear weapons'

During an interview on Sky News, Zack Polanski, the leader of the Green Party, said to Trevor Phillips that he would ask the Russian President to 'de-nuclearise'. Trevor further pressed the political leader as he said that such a feature would be in the realm of a 'miracle'.
