London shopping hub becomes 'shanty town' of migrants and homeless

One of London 's famous shopping hubs has been turned into a 'shanty town' after migrants and homeless people set up at least 30 tents. Shocking footage taken by the Daily Mail shows a ramshackle 'village' at the end of Tottenham Court Road in central London. In scenes more similar to the 'jungle' in Calais, a series of tents stacked on top of pallets have taken over two large plots of private land.
