Bridge in southwestern China collapses months after opening

A bridge in the Sichuan province of China collapsed on Tuesday, November 11th, though authorities had closed it off on Monday when cracks began to show. Construction finished on the bridge, which was on a highway linking the region to Tibet, earlier in 2025.
