Moment Welsh councillor spotted 'sleeping' during council meeting

A Welsh councillor has denied accusations that she fell asleep during a council meeting saying that she was closing her eyes 'to rest them'. Towyn councillor Bernice McLoughlin appeared to be having a snooze during a meeting of Conwy County Council education and skills overview and scrutiny committee.
