Paul Burrell thanks I'm A Celeb bosses for 'saving his life'

Paul Burrell has revealed his appearance on I'm A Celebrity saved his life because the show's medics discovered his prostate cancer. The former royal butler, 67, first appeared on the ITV show in 2004 before returning for the All Stars season in 2023. While taking a medical to appear on the show, doctors found he had a raised PSA (prostate-specific antigen) level, which can indicate cancer. After he was eliminated, the father-of-two went for an MRI scan and a biopsy, which discovered he had the illness.
