Vile thief pretends to help worker suffering heart attack before robbing store

A thief pretended to help a liquor store worker suffering heart attack before using the chaos as cover to rob the store. Jason Hay was unconscious at Bins and Barrels in Portland, Oregon when a man in a black jacket and red hoodie pretended to help, before going into a back room and stealing approximately $700 in cash. Hay later died from the medical event.
