Kate Ferdinand admitted she was feeling emotionally vulnerable after her stepson Tate flew home from Dubai after jetting out to surprise her and her husband Rio. The former TOWIE star, 34, shared a sweet video of the moment Tate, 17, arrived at their home in the UAE after they moved over there from the UK earlier this year. Kate said that while she loves their new live abroad, she struggles a lot with missing her stepsons Tate and his older brother Lorenz, 19.
