Shocking moment driver deliberately ploughs his car into a police car

Here is the shocking moment a man drove head on into a police car responding to a 999 call in Cheshire. Joseph Sharpes , 22 appeared at Chester Crown Court on Monday 17th of November where he was sentenced to four years and six months in prison.
