COP30 evacuated as venue fire halts climate talks

COP30 climate talks in Belém were evacuated after a fire broke out inside the venue, sending flames and smoke through the pavilion area. Delegates were rushed outside as fire crews arrived. The UN says the blaze is now contained with limited damage, but it disrupted final negotiations.
