Woman 'threatened' lawyer with garden scissors during bin dispute

Rachel Lawrence, 56, of Burton in the Wirral, was filmed dumping bins away from her cottage. The CCTV was released as she pleaded guilty to possession of a bladed article in a public place and to using threatening behaviour towards a lawyer, acting on behalf of a client she was in a dispute with. She was ordered to pay Gary Donaldson £200 compensation. She was also sentenced to a 12 month prison sentence, suspended for two years and ordered to pay £272 in costs and a surcharge
