Keir Starmer has opened up about his brother's death, which he says hit him 'like a bus' in an interview with reality TV star Pete Wicks .The Prime Minister revealed that for 18 months, he was smuggled in and out of hospital for secret visits to see his brother Nick, who was battling cancer .- but it still hit him "like a bus" when his beloved sibling died from lung cancer on Boxing Day last year.The Prime Minister revealed how he had to explain to Nick his illness was terminal because his brother had learning difficulties as a result of complications during birth so he feared he might not fully understand the gravity.Nick had been diagnosed with the cancer 18 months before he passed.
