Energy bills set to rise over winter as Ofgem raises the price cap 0.2 percent

The energy price cap will rise by 0.2 per cent from January 1st for a typical household in England, Scotland and Wales the regulator Ofgem revealed this morning. But they say to counteract the rise, six million households 'will have access to the warm homes discount.'
