In East Sussex the local community joined a meeting to discuss a new camp for 600 lone male asylum seekers. But William Penfold in the audience seemed angered by the news, asking 'weren't we raised to be careful of strangers?' As he requested each asylum seeker should 'have a tag on their ankle'.
