Ant & Dec scream as a giant spider crawls across Aitch's face

A first glimpse at I'm A Celebrity 's 'nightmare' latest Bushtucker trial shows Ant and Dec screaming as a huge spider climbs onto Aitch 's mouth. The Mancunian rapper, 25, will be tackling Night Night Sleep Tight, facing a selection of jungle horrors. A pair of masked "ghouls" enter the trial area where they proceed to drop more critters onto Aitch. Following this, a spider scurries up Aitch's neck and onto his mouth - with the presenters' alarm on full display.
