A doctor has revealed how to safely clean your ears after seeing people face the horrifying consequences of using cotton buds incorrectly. Dr Suraj Kukadia, a 33-year-old NHS GP from Hertfordshire who goes by Dr Sooj said he's 'seen and heard of many horror stories' of people trying to clean their ears with cotton buds despite experts long warning against it.
