Minister doubles down on 'fair and necessary' Budget

Chief Secretary to the Treasury James Murray has insisted that the government has done the right thing with measures revealed in the Budget this week despite many people now seeing tax rises and less take home money and changes to salary sacrifice pensions which will also impact household income.
