Small business in feud with SpudBros over trademark changes name

A baked potato stall has unveiled a new name after accusing viral food giants SpudBros of 'bullying' them over trademark infringements. Earlier this year, Rumen Islam, 27, opened The Spud Father in Portsmouth, but said he was quickly contacted by lawyers from SpudBros threatening him with legal action, claiming the name was already trademarked.
