The actress, 43, who announced she is pregnant with her third child at the event, was gave the Rolling Stones singer an embrace as they posed for pictures. Mick, 82, was joined by his fiancée Melanie Hamrick , 38, who he has been in a relationship with since 2014. Sienna and Mick have known each other for years and have been spotted catching up at several events together.
