Sarah Vine shares her hair loss journey as she comes out as a 'bald lady'

After many, many years of wearing hairpieces, I have decided to come out as a bald lady. Hair has a sort of status in female beauty and if you don't have it, you can feel very less than female. I want to try and normalise this experience and show it's not something to be embarrassed about.
