This is the dramatic moment police arrested a widower hours after he shot dead his daughter's ex-partner and her ex-partner's father over a family court case. Stephen Alderton murdered father and son Gary and Joshua Dunmore in an 'execution' two villages six miles apart in Cambridgeshire in March 2023. The former chartered quantity surveyor blasted the men with his shotgun, two days after a family court hearing - and was later jailed for 25 years, raised on appeal to 30.
