A disabled homeless woman was discovered living under a Portland bridge. A man pulled over to get her help after he heard her groaning in pain while driving home. The woman has a serious leg injury that makes her unable to move her leg. The man stayed with her until the ambulance arrived, after calling for help. The woman told the man she has been homeless since 17 and is now 41.
