Drug-driver so intoxicated he could barely speak caught on bodycam

A drug-driver was caught on police bodycam so intoxicated he could barely speak during his arrest. Officers were called after reports of a car being driven erratically and found Jack Brownless, 39, stopped at a crossroads. He had swerved across the A39 and crashed into a wall before concerned members of the public alerted police.
