School staffer accused of locking students in boiler room

Parents are suing Milwaukee Public Schools after a staffer allegedly locked students in a boiler room called, 'the dungeon.' The students allegedly experienced trauma, including waking up crying at night, while the school allegedly ignored repeated warnings.
