Florida woman arrested for kidnapping her child 40 years ago.

Bodycam footage from the Marion County Sheriff's Office shows 66-year-old, Debra Newton, being arrested by deputies while walking her dog in her neighborhood. Newton was arrested j in connection with a more than 40-year-old missing child case out of Kentucky. According to police, Debra Newton kidnapped her daughter, Michelle, back in 1983.
