Video captured the horrifying moment a cameraman was 'nearly beheaded' by a Rolls-Royce as it ploughed into him on a London film set. Matt Perren, 27, was filming a close-up shot when the driver of the 1990s classic car accidentally put his foot down on the accelerator instead of hitting the break.
