Democrat mayor of Evanston, Daniel Bliss, has tense standoff with ICE agents before speaking with Border Patrol Greg Babino. Bliss explains he was threatened by Babino and told he was going to continue his enforcement of the patrol and will keep the people safe. Bliss explains all the violence is being started by ICE agents.
