White Rhode Island Dem plays 'race card' while arrested for DUI

Maria Bucci, former Cranston, Rhode Island mayoral candidate and current chairwoman of the city's Democratic Committee, attempts to play the 'race card' while insisting to cops that she is too important too arrest for a DUI.
