Brazil's Lula travels to National Congress for presidential swearing-in ceremony

President-elect, Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, and vice president-elect, Geraldo Alckmin, arrived at the National Congress in an open-top vehicle to swear in for his third term as the president of Brazil.
