The Chief Medical Officer for Wales has warned people to use the NHS 'wisely'

The Chief Medical Officer for Wales, Dr Sir Frank Atherton told BBC Breakfast that people need to use the NHS 'wisely' and that 'increased pressures' happen year on year but that 'it's gotten incrementally worse'.
