Maryland cop uses kayak and screwdriver to reach plane crash on frozen river

A Maryland police officer, Elizabeth Myers, jumped into a kayak and pulled herself along using a screwdriver to reach a plane crash on a frozen Anne Arundel County river. The plane's sole occupant is reportedly being treated at hospital.
