Receding floodwaters leave central California neighbourhood caked in mud

Residents in the central California mountain town of Felton are seen scraping and digging out of a thick, sloppy layer of mud left behind by receding floodwaters that overtook the whole neighbourhood, as the state battles a deadly storm.
