Dashcam shows teen on bike as schoolgirl was hit with stray bullet

Dashcam footage shows teenager Rio Jones on a bike just moments before a schoolgirl was hit by a stray bullet fired by him as he hunted a rival. The 19-year-old was sentenced to life at Liverpool Crown Court.
