ASLEF Union: Agreement on talks with Government at 'zero out of ten' stage

Mick Whelan, General Secretary of ASLEF union says that on a scale from one to ten, he is at 'zero' in terms of reaching a deal with the Government to resolve strike action. He spoke alongside other rail union bosses in a Transport Committee session.
