Cousin of BLM co-founder erratically runs away from LA police

Bodycam video shows Keenan Darnell Anderson, 31, who is the cousin of BLM co-founder Patrisse Cullors, behaving erratically and being tased repeatedly. Anderson was transported to a local hospital, where he experienced a medical emergency and died.
