Russian serial killer Mikhail Popkov volunteers to fight in Ukraine

On video footage from his prison cell, Russian serial killer and sex attacker Mikhail Popkov is seen volunteering to fight for Putin in Ukraine. Nicknamed 'The Werewolf', he is serving two life sentences plus nine years after three separate trials.
