Vigil held for 2-year-old and his teen brother killed in hit-and-run in LA

Family members and friends held a candlelight vigil Monday night at the site of a hit-and-run crash in South Los Angeles that claimed the life of a 2-year-old boy, his 13-year-old brother and left other members of the family seriously injured.
