Police rooting out everybody who shouldn't be wearing uniform

All police forces will be asked to check their officers against national police databases in the wake of the David Carrick rape case. The Chair of the National Police Chiefs' Council, Martin Hewitt, says the 'disgusting revelations' make him 'angry.'
