Labour's Andrew Gwynne: '50,000 more deaths than we expected in 2022'

Labour's Shadow Public Health Minister Andrew Gwynne questioned Health minister Maria Caulfield in the House of Commons. Gwynne highlighted, 'excluding the pandemic, that is the worst figure since 1951.'
