Russian tycoon Vladimir Potanin tells Kremlin to tolerate remote workers

One of Russia's richest tycoons Vladimir Potanin has told the Kremlin to tolerate and not repress dissident remote workers. He said: 'People who work for our economy from abroad - remotely or otherwise - should not be punished'.
