U.S. FBI chief: Memphis police video of Tyre Nichols is appalling

U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland and FBI Director Christopher Wray, said on Friday, January 27th ahead of Tyre Nichols video's release by local authorities, that the video was appalling and horrific.
